Our hitting program is designed to mold your athlete into a better hitter by focusing on mechanics to give each hitter a solid foundation to allow them to perform at their best and be ready for Day 1 of their upcoming season.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The strength and conditioning program focuses on full body workouts to increase strength, stability and overall athleticism.

SPRING TRAINING

Take the Field Spring Training offers a 3-week program beginning in April for ages 9-14.  This comprehensive program is designed to give your athlete the tools, instruction, and hands-on experience needed to elevate their game heading into the new season
