Strength and conditioning Program
The strength and conditioning program focuses on full body workouts to increase strength, stability and overall athleticism.
This program is designed to help athletes become stronger and more explosive, making the most of the offseason to improve as athletes—both in the classroom and in the gym.
Strength and Conditioning program details:
- Various duration sessions offered during the offseason allowing multi-sport athletes to participate as able.
- Options for participation 2x a week or 3x a week
- Program is open to anyone 12U-18U. Athlete does not need to be on a Take the Field team to participate.
- Groups are broken down by age, height, and weight-lifting program experience.
- Sessions are limited to 12 individuals per group.
- Registration opens in October and closes when full or at the end of November.
