Fall Teams

This year's tryouts will take place on Monday, June 29, Tuesday, June 30, and Wednesday, July 1. We are excited to get our Fall season started and look forward to seeing everyone! Take the Field tryouts are completely free of charge. If you're interested in playing fall baseball this year, come out and join us! This fall’s schedule will include two practices per week, three tournaments (which includes the Fall Playoff Tournament at the end of the season), and one game day each week featuring either a doubleheader or a full nine-inning game. PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY TO KNOW WHEN AND WHERE TO REPORT FOR EACH TRYOUT SESSION. Important Age Group Information For fall baseball, players will try out for the age group they will play in next summer. For example: If your child played 12U this summer, they should register and try out for 13U this fall. If your child played 13U this summer, they should register and try out for 14U this fall. Please sign up and attend tryouts based on the age level your child will be playing next summer. Monday, June 29 – Defensive Evaluations (Outdoor Session) 10U–13U will be at Casey Lake Park. Casey Lake Park is located at 2101 17th Ave E, North Saint Paul, MN 55109 14U–17U will be at the Hill-Murray Varsity Field. Hill Murray Vasity Field is located at 2625 Larpenteur Avenue East Maplewood, MN 5510 Tryout Times: Casey Lake Park (10U–13U) 10U–11U: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM 12U–13U: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Hill-Murray Varsity Field (14U–17U) 14U: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM 15U: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM 16U: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM 17U: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Tuesday, June 30 – Offensive Evaluations (Indoor Session) All tryouts will be held at the Take the Field Facility, located at 2589 Seppala Blvd, North St. Paul, MN 55109 Please bring your batting gloves, helmet, bat, and any other necessary equipment. Tryout Times: 10U–11U: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM 12U–13U: 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM 14U: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM 15U: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM 16U: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM 17U: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 1 – Pitchers & Catchers Evaluation This session is only for players who pitch and/or catch. If you do not pitch or catch, you do not need to attend on Wednesday.
