Pitching Program

Our pitching program is designed to prepare each pitcher for Day 1 of their upcoming season. We will go through a 14 week Pitching program focusing on Arm Care, Building Arm Strength, and Mechanical Breakdown and Analysis. Throughout this process we will achieve:

    Pre/Post Throw routine and schedule

    Proper Mechanics to increase consistency sending strike % through the roof

    Functional Movement Patterns increasing strength and stability to make our pitchers more explosive helping velocity increase

    Weekly Throwing Program to build up each players foundation for bullpens/live sessions

    First 10 weeks will be dedicated to the build up phase, and the last 4 weeks will be live action against hitters along with their T/Th arm care and throwing routine.

  • Access to Rapsodo reads for mph, run/depth of pitches, spin rate, and overall progression of each athlete.
